Thank you for taking an interest in our job posting! We are a nationwide established and growing rapidly answering service/call center. We are not telemarketers and there are no sales involved.  We answer urgent calls.  Our client base includes hospitals, doctors, lawyers, plumbers, as well as other small businesses and medical practices. 

 

If selected, you will be answering urgent calls, obtaining information our client requests us to retrieve, entering the information into our customized operating system and sending it to the appropriate person. 

You can expect that you will work in a positive work environment, good pay, thorough training, room for advancement, and full-time employment. All agents work in our centers and not from home. 

 

We require:

  • Excellent Attendance.
  • Positive and professional attitude. 
  • The ability to multitask
  • Versatility with your schedule as we are open 24/7/365
  • The ability to work weekends, holidays, and varied shifts (including evenings).
  • The ability to type 35wpm or higher. 
  • The ability to sit down for long periods of time.
  • Pass a drug screening and background check.
  • Your background check cannot have convictions that pertain to fraud, violence, or identity theft. 

 

We are looking for mature people who have good common sense, reasoning ability, calm voice, the ability to read instructions, and follow instructions as trained and as written.
